Biggie used to live at 226 St. James Place between Fulton St and Gates Ave, back when the neighborhood was still considered Bedford-Stuyvesant. Today the neighbrhood is called Clinton Hill. And Biggie's old home is now immortalized as a hip-hop landmark.

In fact, according New York Magazine, the apartment was listed for sale on Monday with a très-Clinton-Hill pricetag of $725,000!

Yes. The "one-room shack" in Bed-Stuy that Biggie referred to in his lyrics is up for sale for nearly three-quarters of a million dollars.  

Judith Lief, the property's sales agent was asked if she was aware of the "shack's," ahem, I mean "condo's" significance in music. She answered, "You must be kidding. I am."
