Megan McGibney, Neighbor

A native of Staten Island, Megan earned her B.S. in communications with a minor in international studies from the College of Staten Island in 2004. She went on to work as a production assistant for the FOX News Channel for three years. In August 2007, she left FOX to pursue her M.A. at the CUNY Graduate School of Journalism. There, she studied broadcasting and urban reporting. During her tenure at the J-School, Megan interned for MSNBC and NYPost.com - the latter she would freelance for after receiving her degree in December 2008.
