Kimberly Peeler-Allen is Co-Founder of Higher Heights for America, a national organization investing in a long-term strategy to expand and support Black women’s leadership pipeline at all levels and strengthen their civic participation beyond just Election Day and Principal of Peeler Allen Consulting LLC, a full-service professional fundraising firm that develops capital for candidates, organizations, and issues affecting people of color, to help create systemic change in the community.

Kimberly and her family have been proud Bed-Stuy residents for over 10 years.
