Bed-Stuy Gateway Business Improvement District, Neighbor

The Bed-Stuy Gateway Business Improvement District stretches along Fulton Street from Troy Avenue to Classon Avenue, and across Nostrand Avenue from Halsey Street to Atlantic Avenue.  Our business district is easily accessible to Manhattan via the "A" and "C" trains, and to Long Island by the Long Island Railroad (LIRR).  

Partnering with our neighbors and fellow stakeholders, community enrichment efforts have been instrumental in bringing new development, services, restaurants and retailers to the district.  Our local streetscape is also changing and now includes trees, pavers, benches, bike racks and "Marcy Plaza" has a water fountain!

We continue our efforts to make Bed-Stuy an attractive destination for residents and visitors.  We are interested in welcoming new businesses and supporting existing businesses in our high-traffic, thriving commercial district!
