Founded in 1972 by the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation, the Billie Holiday Theatre is located on FultonMore Street and Marcy Avenue. It is dedicated to providing entertaining and uplifting  programs for the African/Caribbean American community, and presents three or four dramatic performances each season.
