Formerly an abandoned milk bottling plant, Restoration Plaza today is home to the Bed-Stuy Restoration Corporation, Billie Holiday Theatre, Youth Arts Academy, College of New Rochelle, Skylight Gallery and a number of other small retail businesses and restaurants.
