Academy of Business and Community Development

<p>The Academy of Business and Community Development (ABCD) is an all-boys college preparatory school serving students grades 6 - 12. The school's principal is Simone McIntosh.</p> <p>The academic focus of ABCD is business, economics and community service. The school's mentorship program partners with Medgar Evers College's School of Business, and students learn community service through a Youth Service Club, in a partnership with New York Cares. ABCD shares the first floor of its campus with Leadership Prep, a charter school for grades K - 5.</p> <p>ABCD offers basketball, swimming, track, a chess club, a writing society and an entrepreneurship group. The building's basement houses a citywide student suspension site from 9am - 5pm.</p>
