Movement Summer BBQ at Akwaaba Mansion
If you love parties, BBQ and social justice, this is the place to be Friday!
The Brooklyn Movement Center will hold its annual Movement Summer BBQ this Friday, August 8, to celebrate all of the work of the past year!
Come mingle with BMC members who have been working hard around education, food justice, street harassment and policing issues in Bed-Stuy and Crown Heights. And of course there will be food (provided by Little Brother BBQ), drinks (donated by Brooklyn Brewery) and an overall good time (music, photo booth and arts & crafts for the children)!!
