Our classes are a vinyasa or flow style of physical practice, mixing creative sequencing, safe alignment, music, and breath work into a moving meditation. Some experience is beneficial but not necessary. Our classes are accessible to beginners as well as more experienced students, regardless of flexibility or fitness. The emphasis is on working at your own pace, watching and listening to yourself, which is where the yoga is.
Classes are by donation, so pay what works for you. No one will be turned away. 50% of proceeds will benefit the Brooklyn Free School, and the rest covers studio expenses.
Sundays: 11:00 am to 12:15 pm
Mondays: 6:45 pm to 8:00 pm
