Join us for an afternon of yoga and meditation in the Kundalini Yoga tradition.
Kundalini yoga incorporates all aspects of yoga and includes meditation, breathwork, chanting, movement, and deep relaxation.
Classes are open to all regardless of age, body type, or level of experience.
All we ask is that you bring an open mind and a sense of community.
In keeping with the Kundalini Yoga tradition, wear all white, if you can, along with a white headcovering such as a scarf or turban.
Please bring a yoga mat, a small blanket or shawl, and a meditation pillow, if you have one.
Please also bring a bottle of water.
Walk-ins welcome. If you do not have funds, please bring a gift (book, food, etc) for the teacher or the school. No one will be turned away.
