THE AFRICAN PRESENCE IN THE BIBLE

Free Breakfast will be served

Instructor:  Pastor and Educator Richard A. Honeywell

Since approximately 450A.D, with the shift in power in early Christianity from Jerusalem to Rome, the people of ancient Israel and the founders of the early church continue to be misrepresented as Europeans rather than the Afro-Semitic people they were in European and western Christian art. This seminar on “The African Presence in the Bible” seeks to illuminate through the scriptures the presence of Africa and African personalities in the Bible as a means to correct this continuous historical misrepresentation of African peoples in Judeo-Christianity history.” Rev. Richard A. Honeywell
