What: Health and Wellness Workshop – 6 weeks
- Meet new people, learn about food, energy balance, portion control, eating out and more
- Get free stuff including a shopping bag, pedometer, measuring cups, and more
- Metrocards available and a light meal will be served
Who: Family history of diabetes, at-risk, pre-diabetic, diabetic, 18+
