Election Notebook: This Week in the Campaigns

Here's what went down this week in the race for City Hall.

The candidates pushed their campaigns into overdrive with one week to go before this Tuesday's primary election.

Last Tuesday, the Democratic mayoral candidates squared off in a debate that Patch readers decided was won by frontrunner Bill de Blasio.

The Public Advocate, by the way, has taken a commanding lead in the race, according to multiple polls. 

On the Comptroller side, Scott Stringer found — according to one poll — his first lead of the race.
