Silver Alert: 71-Year-Old Man Missing
Elderly man suffering from dementia was last seen October 26.
Authorities are asking the public's help in locating a 71-year-old man last seen on the eastern border of Bed-Stuy.
Elliott Ortiz, who suffers from dementia, is a 5-foot-9 Hispanic man weighing about 130 pounds.
Ortiz was wearing a black winter cap, a plaid button down shirt, blue jeans and grey sneakers when he went missing near the intersection of Broadway and Gates Ave.
