Authorities are asking the public's help in locating a 71-year-old man last seen on the eastern border of Bed-Stuy.
Elliott Ortiz, who suffers from dementia, is a 5-foot-9 Hispanic man weighing about 130 pounds.
Ortiz was wearing a black winter cap, a plaid button down shirt, blue jeans and grey sneakers when he went missing near the intersection of Broadway and Gates Ave.
Anyone with knowledge of Ortiz's whereabouts or who has seen him are asked to call 911.
