A three-story building on Broadway in Bed-Stuy caught fire in the middle of the night, News 12 reported Tuesday.
According to the news site, residents in a three-story building on Broadway in Bed-Stuy were awoken abruptly by a neighbor shouting about a fire on the third floor around 3 a.m.
Fire crews reportedly turned off electricity and gas to battle the blaze during the chilly overnight hours, and put the fire out after about 40 minutes.
Investigators are still trying to determine what caused the fire.
