Police Seeking Suspect in Attempted Sexual Assault [VIDEO]

Police are on the hunt for an attempted rape of a 77-year-old woman

On Wednesday, October 26, at approximately 12:00pm, a man attempted to rape a 77-year-old woman while she was at work. The victim struggled with the suspect and the suspect fled the location.

The suspect is described as a black male, between 25-30 years old, 5'06"-5'10" and 160-180 lbs. He was wearing a blue and white multi-colored button down shirt, a black three-quarter-length jacket, blue jeans, black sneakers with white soles and a black baseball cap with white lettering.  

The NYPD is seeking the public's assistance with the whereabouts and identity of the individual wanted in connection to this attempted rape in the confines of the 79 Precinct (see video).
