Police Arrest Two Men in Clifton Place Home for Heroin, Crack and Gun Possession

Cops arrested two men, a 25 and a 27 year old, on Friday, May 24 while executing a search warrant between Bedford and Nostrand avenues.

Cops arrested two Bed-Stuy drug dealers at a Clifton Place home for drug and gun possession on Friday, May 24.

After an investigation for drug dealing at a residential home on Clifton Place, the Brooklyn North Gang Squad found almost 400 glassines of heroin, 30 bags of cocaine, 20 twits of crack, a revolver, a 9 mm pistol and an assault rifle, the NYPD reported.

According to police, Officer Daniel Panchyn and members of the Brooklyn North Gang Squad spearheaded an investigation for the sale of drugs on the first floor of 250 Clifton Place, between Bedford and Nostrand avenues earlier this month.

The investigation concluded with two arrests on Friday, May 24 at 9:30 a.m. when detectives executed a search warrant at the first floor home on Clifton Place and found a stash of drugs and guns.

Cops said that during the search warrant, they found three firearms, a Smith & Wesson .38 caliber revolver, a 9 mm Sig Sauer semi-automatic pistol and a .22 caliber Kassnar assault rifle—all of which were loaded.

Cops also found a large bag of heroin, 391 glassine envelopes of heroin, 20 twist of crack-cocaine and 31 bags of cocaine.  

The two men inside the home, a 25-year-old black man and a 27-year-old black man, were arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance, criminal possession of a weapon-loaded firearm, criminal possession of stolen property and criminal use of drug paraphernalia.
