The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating Natcha Charles, who was last seen on Saturday, May 31, leaving her residence at 150 Decatur Street at approximately 10:30pm within the confines of the 81st Precinct.
Natcha Charles is a 16-year-old black female, 5'0", approximately 100 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes.
