On Friday, September 7, Angel Pagan, 33, turned turned himself in at the 75 Precinct, police said. He has been charged with Public Lewdness.

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public's assistance in locating a man wanted for public lewdness on the "A" Train Wednesday night.
According to police, the man exposed his penis and placed it on woman's hand, after boarding a northbound A train at Nostrand Avenue on Wednesday, September 5, at around 5:15 p.m..
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male with a mustache, 20-30 years old, 6 feet tall and between 180-220 pounds. He was last seen wearing a light-yellow button-down shirt, blue security style pants and carrying a blue security style jacket
