UPDATE: Suicide by C Train at Ralph Ave.

July 31, 2:23 p.m.: The man left a suicide note before jumping in front of a C train. The death has been deemed a suicide, police said.

The accident occurred on the northbound side, an MTA spokeman said. 

Service on the line is back to normal, he added.

A man was killed after being hit by a train at the Ralph Avenue station, officials said.

The FDNY was called to the scene at 1:07 p.m. The man was dead when they arrived, a department spokesman said.
