Elderly Man in Poor Mental Health Missing

Last seen Saturday night in front of his home on Willoughby Ave.

 

Police are searching for an elderly man in good physical shape but poor mental health who has been missing since Saturday, July 21, at around 10:00 p.m.

He was last seen in front of his home near the corner of Willoughby Ave. and Throop Ave.

The missing person, Etmo Plein, is a 6-foot-1 black man weighing about 185 lbs, last seen wearing a black cowboy hat, a black jean jacket, black jeans and yellow sneakers.

Police provided the attached photo.

Anyone with information in regards to this missing person is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 800-577-TIPS.  The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers Website at www.nypdcrimestoppers.com or texting their tips to 274637(CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
