Fort Greene
On July 7 at 6 p.m., a 68-year-old woman parked her 1998 Honda Civic in front of 163 Washington Ave. When she came back to the spot at 9 p.m., the car was gone. There was no broken glass on the ground, and it was not located through a tow check, relocation check or ro-tow.
On July 8 at 8 p.m., a 89-year-old man parked his 2005 Saab 95 on Washington Avenue and when he returned on July 9 at 8:30 a.m., the car was gone.

On July 10 at 6 a.m., a man noticed his black KTM motorcycle was missing from his yard at 330 Clinton Ave. There was a chain on the front and back wheels and both chains were broken. He last saw his motorcycle in his yard at 1 a.m. that morning. No cameras were in the area and no witnesses.

Police identified 29-year-old Rashawn Jackson as the victim of a July 5 shooting, and released footage of the alleged shooter leaving the scene with a handgun.
The incident happened at 11:50 p.m. on Jefferson Avenue between Throop Avenue and Marcus Garvey Boulevard.
Prospect Heights
A 65-year-old man was arrested on charges of hitting a neighbor on the head and shoulder repeatedly with his belt, using the side with the buckle.
The 64-year-old victim was walking toward the Dean Street building's laundry room shortly before 10 a.m. on May 13 when the neighbor came up to him and said, "I'm going to kick your ass." Then he took off his belt and starting hitting him with it, a witness confirmed.
A thief broke into an apartment on St. Marks Avenue between Classon and Franklin and made off with $3,000 worth of electronics and cash.
The break-in took place on Tuesday, July 9, while the 46-year-old resident was out for the day. Taken were a MacBook Pro laptop, a Nikon camera and about $75 in change.
Carroll Gardens
Local police are searching for a man who broke into a restaurant and stole a bottle of tequila and cash. The suspect broke into Caselnova after 11 a.m. on July 9.
