Cops Searching for Suspect in 'A' Train Mugging

The New York City Police Department is asking for help in identifying a suspect in an 'A' train mugging from June 23. 

At 4:22 a.m. a man approached the victim on the train, sat next to him, displayed a gun and took his cell phone and cash before leaving at the Utica Avenue station. The suspect was wearing a green shirt and beige pants at the time of the robbery.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).  The public can also submit their tip at NYPDCRIMESTOPPERS.COM or by texting 274637, then entering TIP577.
