Andrews also allegedly stole a $300 necklace from mother Adriani Espinal, 25, while the two were in an elevator in the Flushing Avenue building where the toddler’s grandmother lives.

“He didn’t care that I was pregnant and he was stealing from a little girl,” Espinal told The Post.
