81st Pct Homicide Alert: Kyle Decoteau of Atlantic Avenue
No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing
At approximately 3:40am this morning, police responded to a 911 call of two males shot at Prescott Place and Atlantic Avenue, within the confines of the 81 Precinct:
One 22-year-old black male identified as Kyle Decoteau of Atlantic Avenue in Bed-Stuy. Police found the victim with gunshot wounds to his back. He was transported to Brookdale hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
The other victim, a 24-year-old black, also was found with a gunshot wound to his back. He was transported by EMS to Interfaith hospital where he is listed in stable condition. His identity has not yet been confirmed.

There are no arrests at this time, and the investigation is ongoing.
