My Words Of Appreciation to Mothers

I just wanted to take this opportunity to say how much I appreciate all Mothers. I wrote this while reminiscing about my Mother and Loving Grandmother. Happy Mothers Day To All !

My Words of Appreciation for Mothers

A Few Memories That Made Me Appreciate Mom

Stop running down the stairs before you fall and hurt yourself.

Brush your teeth before you go to bed and wash behind your ears.

Pick up your clothes from the floor or they won't get washed at least not by me.

What do you want for your birthday my child?

Mommy is tired; it's been a long day.  But Ma I'm hungry, Mom cooks dinner anyway.

Mommy I fell and cut myself, it hurts and is bleeding.  Mom cleans and soothes the pain.

Always be a gentleman and open the door for a lady.

Look Mom is crying, but it's My Graduation, why? Because, she's Happy and Proud.

There are so many things I can say that brings back memories of how a mother affected my life but there isn't enough paper to document the incredible stories a Mom brings to Life.

Mothers, you are incredible in your abilities to feel a child's frustrations, although you may be frustrated yourself.  You put your personal feelings behind to focus on what can be done to help make your child happier and more successful than yourself.  I've watched in awe as a mother sacrifices her time for the betterment of raising her children and trying to provide them with the best of care and attention.  I'm sure it is not easy on a daily basis to do the things that many of you do but at the end of the day you get it done.

It is why you are so deserving of a Special Day called your own, and trust that in many hearts Mothers Day really is every day.   Think about it, without your unconditional support of life lessons many of us would be lost in the abyss of confusion. Therefore, I commend all of our student's mothers and guardians for a job well done.  I know it's not easy but only you could understand what it takes to be a strong resilient Mother.  I Truly hope  each and everyone of you enjoy your Sunday and are treated accordingly on Mother's Day.

                                                                       HAPPY MOTHERS DAY

Mr. Anderson

Chris Rock said it best, African Americans are shown more 'love' for doing a 'bid' and getting outRead More of prison than to graduate school with a degree. When this 'hood mentality' starts to change, then you will see more than a trickle of AA passing advanced math courses.
