The 2012 GirlTrek Walking Challenge is a nationwide campaign to promote health and physical activity by walking.
It has been shown that even a brisk, thirty-minute walk can improve the overall quality of on1e's health, even if there's no weight loss.
Walking helps improve circulation, endurance, and mental clarity.
Will you join me on April 1st to walk five days a week for thirty minutes?

Simply put we are dying faster and at higher rates. ...diabetes, heart disease and stroke.
So we were thinking,...what would Harriet Tubman do?
She would walk it out!
Freedom seekers, like Mrs. Tubman, walked as many as 25 miles each night.
