It’s common decency.

I have a neighbor who will only pick up after her dog if she sees someone looking at her.
On several occasions, she has let her dog poop directly in front of my gate and my next door neighbor’s gate.
My dad, and our neighbor, curse her every time it happens.
My dad has threatened to put something out to give the dog diarrhea.
Yesterday, several Bed-Stuy sidewalks were full of fresh poop in the center.
This is ridiculous.
Pick up after your dog.
