Does anyone know of a 3-Family property for sale in Stuyvesant Heights?

Looking for an architecturally interesting 3-Family in Brooklyn

My family is trying to find a Multi-Family (3 units) for sale in Bed-Stuy (preferably Bed-Stuy Heights) in which to live, delivered empty. We are looking for a property with architectural merit in either a renovated or fixer-upper condition. Our budget is limited to $900,000 or less if we have to renovate the property. Pre-approval is completed, now all we need is the property. Can anyone steer us to the perfect home?

Chris Rock said it best, African Americans are shown more 'love' for doing a 'bid' and getting outRead More of prison than to graduate school with a degree. When this 'hood mentality' starts to change, then you will see more than a trickle of AA passing advanced math courses.
