My Time Inc Annual Parent Gala

My Time Inc is hosting its second annual fun'raising Gala honoring our parents.  Too often our parents are forgotten in their role of raising their child with disabilities and the parents themselves forget who they are as a mother, father or caregiver. 

On December 13, 2011, My Time Inc is recognizing these parents who work tirelessly and are not complimented in their roles.  Being a parent is not an easy task and being a parent of a child with any disability is nonetheless easier. On this day we want to honor them and treat them extremely special.

We are asking wonderful people like you to look into your hearts and donate to a worthy cause, it can be an in-kind donation, a gift, a gift certificate or anything you think can bring a smile, joy or hope for the season. These parents need to be pampered and given the opportunity for an evening out full of wonderful surprises.  I know that you can help make this happen.

The mission of My Time Inc is to Supports, Educate, Empower, Enlighten and 
Uplift parents of a child with Autism and Developmental Disabilities to live a quality of life they deserve in their community.
