Dear Friends of PCF,

My beautiful daughter, Randi, was a fun-loving, active 10 year old when she was diagnosed with a Wilms' Tumor, a childhood kidney cancer. She loved to dance, and her spirit and zest were admired by everyone who met her. In 1975, at just 10 years old, her life was cut far too short. This tragic loss inspired me to become actively involved in Pediatric Cancer Foundation (PCF) for nearly 40 years. I continue to work hard to raise funds for PCF to remember Randi and to enable the doctors and hospitals the organization supports to continue making strides in the treatment of childhood cancers.

In loving memory of my daughter and the countless children who have died from cancer, and those still fighting this disease, please join us at Pediatric Cancer Foundation's 20th Annual Walkathon, Sunday, April 27, 2014, in New York City's Riverside Park. Children, parents, grandparents and friends share an uplifting, hopeful, and incredibly meaningful bonding (and fun!) experience — all while parrticipating in this worthy cause.

It would mean the world to me and all those hoping for a cure, to walk with us to support PCF ...hold the hand of a child.
