Hot Enough For Ya? BODY HEAT (Film Screening)

BODY HEAT, dir. Lawrence Kasdan (1981, 113 min). One of the
steamiest movies ever made! Body Heat is a modern, self-conscious film noir,
a la Double Indemnity. It stars William Hurt (and his 'stache) and Kathleen Turner, in what the NY Times
called her "jaw-dropping debut." The film was also the directorial
debut of Kasdan, and features Mickey Rourke and Ted Danson in supporting roles.
The setting is Florida, during a heat wave. Think August in NY couldn't get any
hotter? Oh, but it could.
