Medgar Evers College’s Peter Holoman To Moderate Panel Of Civil Rights Actions Of Medgar, Martin And Malcolm
MEDGAR EVERS COLLEGE’S PETER HOLOMAN TO MODERATE PANEL OF CIVIL RIGHTS ACTIONS OF MEDGAR, MARTIN AND MALCOLM
Peter Holoman will moderate The Seeds of Our Legacy: Medgar, Martin & Malcolm panel event examining the resistance, activism and social change of Medgar Evers, Martin Luther King and Malcolm X on Wednesday, February 20th from 6:00 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. at the College’s Edison O. Jackson Auditorium, 1638 Bedford Avenue in Brooklyn.
Panelists for the event include journalist and activist Herby Boyd, activist Lumumba Bandele and Reverend Conrad Tillard. The panelists will discuss the contributions made by these African American leaders and reflect on how their work has impacted how Black males view themselves and their roles in their communities today.

The discussion will be followed by a book signing of By Any Means Necessary: Malcolm X, Real Not Reinvented.
The event is hosted by the Medgar Evers College Center for Male Development & Empowerment and is free and open to the public.
