8 Week Total Body Fitness Program
The 8 Week Total Body Fitness Program Start Sept. 9th to Nov. 2nd 6:30-730PM Mon, Wed, and Fri. $20 per class. Through out the 8 weeks we'll be do a combination of Calisthenics, Plyometrics, Boxing, Circuit Drills and Aerobics. You'll need an exercise mat, boxing gloves, hand wraps, a towel, water and your determination to create a fit and healthier YOU!
