Brooklyn is in the house and has been since the 1980's!
I was born in the borough of Kings, and I am so glad that some 33 years later I can return to share good tiding with my childhood neighbors.
So many ups and downs I have been through. Yet, as we know, it has been said of New Yorkers that we are tough and full of resolve. Residing just one hour away family and friends will always have me remember Brooklyn in my heart.
So back to the topic at hand: Health consciousness is all the rave these days. Raw diets and moving towards "greener" and more healthy products have swept through the consumer markets.
So often when fads and waves of popularity take over an industry, the small or "round-the-way" people do not get a fair shot at sucess. Well Ms. BK is speaking up as the voice of those of us who want better and more affordable options as well.
