On all Gridlock Alert Days, lane closures are prohibited from 0600 to 2359 on the following roadways, their service roads and East & Harlem River Bridges. Work behind permanent barriers may continue:

BROOKLYN BATTERY TUNNEL - TRINITY PLACE CLOSURE
Fri, Dec 9, at 9:00pm through Sat, Dec 10, at 5:00am
The Trinity Place Exit will be closed to motorists exiting the BBT in order to facilitate NYCDOT paving work. Motorists will be diverted to West Street.
Sunday, December 11
MANHATTAN BOUND GOWANUS EXPRESSWAY CLOSED at 92nd St
Motorists exiting the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge in Brooklyn will be diverted onto the service road @ 92nd Street between the hours of 0030 x 0500 Sunday, Dec 11th to facilitate sign removal. Vehicles may re-enter the Expressway @ 86th Street. Traffic Enforcement Agents will assist with this short detour.
