Are you a senior and a homeowner who lives in Bed-Stuy?

Come to a Retrofit Block by Block informational session to earn about incentives and services that will lower your monthly electricity and heating bills, and also see qualify for free appliances and energy audits.

Join Bridge Street Development Corporation, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation and the Coalition for the Improvement of Bedford Stuyvesant (CIBS) as part of the Bed-Stuy Aging Improvement District for a FREE informational session on programs that help seniors and their families lower heating and electricity costs and help save the environment!


The sessions include information about EmPowerNY, Green Jobs Green NY, and other Retrofit Block by Block Initiatives.  To help fast track the application process and find out if you qualify, please bring proof of income and electricity and/or heating bills dating back 12 months (available through your provider). 

Open to all seniors and their families!
