Apt A: A charming studio in Bedford-Stuyvesant, just three blocks from the A/C subway train, and 30 minutes to the city. The apartment is available beginning June15th - August 11th. Apt B: A one-bedroom furnished apartment with a balcony is available, beginning June 28, on Franklin Avenue and Monroe Street in Bedford-Stuyvesant for $2,800/month. Electric and WiFi are included, and the space can fit up to two people. Dishwasher, microwave and television are all in the apartment. This is a New York Habitat apartment. Apt C: A multi-racial house of four lesbian and queer women are looking for a trans- lesbian- and LGBT-friendly female roommate to move into their sunny, spacious and welcoming home on Myrtle Avenue in Bed-Stuy by July 1. $540/month + bills ($30 - $60 per person/month). The apartment occupies the top two floors of a brick building; huge, private roof deck with views of the city; hammock, grill & roof garden; two affectionate cats; washer and dryer; huge living room, with no TV; two bathrooms. Your bedroom has two small closets. The walls are painted yellow (but you can change that if you want). Deposit is $540 (+last month's rent $540 +first month's rent $540) = $1620 to move in. Two 20-something females who both work long hours in a charter school in BedStuy currently are looking for a roommate. The apartment has 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 1 kitchen and dining area and a backyard. The available bedroom is located in the upstairs front of the apartment and has 2 entrances - one private one that leads out to the front foyer and one that leads into the upstairs living room. The roommates have two cats and a small dog and are not looking to add more animals into the mix. Rent is $867/person, including heat and hot water. Gas is usually $20/ month, cable is about $140 and ConEd is about $220. This would all be split 3 ways unless you aren't interested in cable, in which case we could work something out.
