You worked really hard to put an event together and everyone tells you that it was a smash, your only response is to say that ‘it’s over’ the work is done.
You didn’t get a chance to enjoy the moments because you were busy hustling and bustling making sure that it all worked out smoothly.
Those are the moments that create resentment and create an attitude of being burdened by the work that you do. There is no reason that you should feel crazy about the work that you do because of the energy that you have placed into it.
Adopt the attitude of little kids and live for and in the moment. Kids are totally over the top when it comes to the moment. Take for example, Halloween, kids are totally ready to be a super heroes, princesses and television personalities.
They are totally siked for the moment that they put on the costume and more so for the action of getting the candy, ‘trick or treat’.
Get into the attitude of living in and enjoying the moment. You will find some joy, laughter and contentment in that space.Live in it. Breathe it. Take in the moment.
