Summer Fun Goals
This is your time to relax, relate and release in a healthy and happy way
I think that we should all create summer goals that we want to accomplish between June 15 and August 25.
Those are not the official summer months dates, but it is vacation time and we need to take it easy. Think about taking a one hour class the week to learn a language, learn to swim, sew or even take pictures. Make the goal something that is fun and simple.
A suggestion is to try a something that you have never experienced before. Something different that you can actually look back on and say, "I enjoyed myself and I appreciated the fact that I took the time to do this for myself." This is a great way to ensure that your level of happiness remains full.
When the fall rolls around, you can get back into gear with your battery charged. This is your time to relax, relate and release in a healthy and happy way. It's all about you!
