The price of gas drops another 6 cents this week

The price of gas has dropped again this week, down 6 cents, from $3.85 per regular gallon of gas to $3.79.

Is this a sign of a market that is finally leveling? Or maybe it's the result of President Obama's decision earlier this year to tap into unused oil reserves.

Either way, patrons at the pump are not complaining

"Every month, it keeps changing. One month, it will seem like the prices are about to get better. And then suddenly it will shoot right back up in a matter of a few weeks," said Jonelle O'Neil. "I'm not sure what to think anymore. But I'm happy for now... just knowing I'm spending less this week than last week."

The cheapest gas price within a ten mile radius can be found nine miles from Bed-Stuy, at the AP GAS station, located at 815 8TH ST UNION CITY, NJ, for $3.37 per gallon of regular gas.
