New Supper Club to Hit Bed-Stuy

Kelly Geary, owner of Sweet Deliverance, will pair with regional chefs to cook intimate meals in her own industrial kitchen.

A new supper club is coming to Brooklyn, and this weekend only, diners can get a taste of San Francisco’s handmade ramen noodles, reports Edible Brooklyn.

Kelly Geary, chef and owner of Sweet Deliverance, an organic meal delivery company, and author of Tart and Sweet: 101 Canning and Pickling Recipes, will host a series of pop-up supper club dinners at her loft on Atlantic Avenue, with seating for about 70 people.

The first dinner, to be held this weekend, will feature chefs from Mojo Café and SloMo pop-up restaurant in San Francisco. Chefs James LaLonde and Ryoji Kajikawa, along with help from Geary, will cook seven courses, with beer and sake pairings, according to Nona Brooklyn. Geary told the blog to expect “sake-steamed clams, smoked shishito peppers”, along with a Japanese fried chicken dish and scratch-made ramen noodles.
