Some people get overwhelmed with the many tasks on their to-do list
Often times, we check our schedules and find that we are totally overwhelmed with the tasks on our to-do lists.
We look at the list and realize that every hour of the day has been allotted to a task that needs to be completed as soon as possible, and oftentimes, they are for someone else.
We get caught in the whirlwind of lending helping hand and end up doing multiple favors for people, all while having our own items on the list.
Some people get overwhelmed with the many tasks on their list and tend to start getting mad at the world.

They find that they are in a rut because they often feel the need to 'help'. One of the easiest solutions is to practice saying NO! Some people have trouble turning other people down because they feel that it will be a blemish on their friendship. Individuals have a hard time seeing
- List the task according to their due date.
- If you have small tasks that are similar in nature, lump them together and then tweak them according to the niche.
- Don't add any new items to the to-do list
You have to keep in mind that your time is valuable and you have to treat it as such so that other people can follow your lead. So, complete your current to-do list and leave the slots open so that you can breathe.
