Bed-Stuy Teens to hold rally encouraging women get tested for breast cancer
WHAT: “PINK FRIDAY” Breast Cancer Awareness Celebration Rally!!
WHEN/WHERE: Friday, October 21, 2011, from 6:00pm – 11:00pm, at Family Dynamics Beacon Center @ MS35, 272 MacDonough Street (b/w Lewis Ave & Marcus Garvey Blvd) in th auditorium
WHY GO: The Teens On The Move program, part of Family Dynamics Beacon Center at Middle School 35, on Friday, October 21, will hold "Pink Friday," a celebration rally encouraging women in the Bed-Stuy community to get tested for Breast Cancer. Planned activities include free breast cancer screenings, guest speakers, consultants, live entertainment and more! This will also include opportunities for attendees to access the many services & resources
provided through SCO family Of Services/Family Dynamics.
