Why Go: This year, women will speak in council about the fact that one out of every 10 women in the U.S is on anti-depressants. We will explore what is making us sick and turn to the medicine healers in our circle to provide wisdom about the foods and practices that can help us to live healthier, more joyful lives. We will tune into our inner maidens to restore the joys and rhythms to our hearts by drumming together in circle. Please bring reminders of your youth and be prepared to dance in wild abandon as if nobody is watching.
