Praise, pride and applause for Bed-Stuy's beacons of endurance and discipline
On Sunday, November 6, 2011, at least 19 runners representing Bedford-Stuyvesant will take part in the 2011 ING New York City Marathon.
Over the past five months, every week, Bed-Stuy Patch has profiled each and every one of these amazing runners, who have been training very hard to see this day. Let's give one more round of praise and applause to these 19 local runners who are true examples of strength, discipline and perseverance!
