Butterfly Gifts

That line is from a holiday song about ‘giving love’ as a gift. During this holiday season as you shop for Hanukkah, Christmas and Kwanza gifts, add “love” to the list.

Love can come from a spouse or family member who can allow you to escape for a few hours at a time.

You can use those moments to download and trash the baggage of years past that you having been hanging on to. Your spirit will not have room to receive the gifts and blessings that have your name on it.

Think of a butterfly as it soars through air with grace and then lands on a leaf. At that resting point, the butterfly opens its wings to display its marvelous detail and colors.

As it flies through the air, you don’t get the opportunity to see its beauty and the same goes for us. We flutter around and our beauty is lost in the process. 

Rest and refuel so that we can see the beauty that only you possess.
