Healthy Families on the Move, a series of weekly walks, runs, and rides around Central Brooklyn, launches Wednesday!

is partnering with the Brooklyn Alliance for Safer Streets (BASS) to launch Healthy Families on the Move, a series of weekly walks, runs, and rides around Central Brooklyn.

Accommodating all fitness levels, HFM will be held every Wednesday evening, at Restoration Plaza(West Plaza at Marcy/Fulton in front of Applebee's), from July 18th to October 3rd. The walks, runs, and rides leave promptly at 7:00 p.m.

The HFM summer series aims to build a consistent membership, participant endurance and mileage over 12 weeks of training. Our walkers, runners, and riders will all be encouraged to participate in the BASS team for the Restoration's 33rd annual 10K Run and Fun Walk, which will take place on October 7th, 2012!
