1.. 2. The monthly 81st Precinct community council meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 12, at 794 Monroe Street, 7:00 p.m. The entire Bed-Stuy community is welcomed to attend.

3. On Wednesday, June 13, at Restoration Plaza (1368 Fulton Street), join the Transport Worker's Union at 6:00 p.m. for a conversation with Assemblyman Hakeem Jeffries, Democratic Candidate for Congress.

4. Also on Wednesday, June 13, Bed-Vyne Wines continues its effort to promote Bed-Stuy as a culinary destination. 5. On Thursday, June 14, Sacred Yoga Studio, located at 197 Clifton Place will begin a new class entitled, “Peeling into Burlesque” at 7:00. You will have a blast exploring your sensuality, telling your story and just being downright hot and saucy. This workshop will give you a foundation in classic burlesque and take you step by step through creating your own Burlesque routine that’s unique to you be it classical or theatrical.
