PR-G Takes Pride in Bed-Stuy

Join PR-G Saturday, July 16th 2011 at Herbert Von King Park from 11:00a.m to 6:00p.m. Through partnerships with Madison Square Garden Sports Teams, McDonalds, Children of Promise, Local Businesses and Community Based Organizations, PR-G presents its 8th Annual Community Pride Day.

Free Entertainment for children, teens & adults!

1. 11:00a - 6:00p
   1. Knicks KIA Mobile Game Vehicle w/ Xbox systems, 3 point competitions, giveaways and more!
   2. Rangers road tour set up w/ slapshot hockey booth, bounce house, street hockey, and more!
   3. DJNU playing hip hop, reggae, old school and modern!
   4. Children’s Activities: face painting, arts and crafts, horse and pony riding!
   5. Food, specialty beverages, apparel, books, toys & more will be on sale (everything under $5).
   6. Special Appearances by: New York Knicks Legend - John Starks, New York Liberty Legend - Kym Hampton, Ronald McDonald and more!

   1. Games & Activities (with Prizes): Dodge-ball, Kickball, Street Hockey, Flag Football, Double Dutch Competition & Capture the Flag

   1. Youth Resource Fair, complete with job opportunities, social service programs, summer activities, GED, college resources, high school support, and MUCH more!
4. 4:00p - 6:00p
   1. PR-G showcase hosted by by Comedian Dave Lester: Open dance competition, Special Performances by: the New York Knicks City Dancers, hip hop artist Papoose, ole school hip hop artist Smoothe da Hustler, Spazz, M.C. K~Swift, Extravadance and more surprise performers!
